| 1st April - After a long search we have moved to Provarma |

| 2nd April - Opposite Kalives Inka Supermarket late
afternoon Hoopoe. Kalives River Bridge: Swallows and House Martins, together with at least one Red-rumped Swallow feeding over the river perhaps because of the cold weather. |
| 3rd April - Red-rumped Swallow seen from balcony and a
Little Egret over Stilos just down the road from Provarma. |
| 4th April - Hundreds of Swifts can be seen from balcony,
with some swallows and Alpine Swifts also spotted. |
| 6th April - A&M had kindly offered to take us into Hania
for some essentials for our new abode. We managed to fit in a fairly
short but rewarding visit to Agia Reservoir. Species recorded: Little Grebe Squacco Heron 2 Grey Heron 3 Wigeon Mallard Shoveler Common Pochard Marsh Harrier Buzzard Moorhen Coot Little Ringed Plover Ruff Spotted Redshank Greenshank Common Sandpiper Yellow-legged Herring Gull Swift Alpine Swift Sand Martin Swallow Red-rumped Swallow House Martin Yellow Wagtail Cetti's Warbler Hooded Crow House Sparrow |
