| 7th May 2005 - 2nd Meeting |
| As planned the second meeting was held at Agia Reservoir
starting at 12.30 near the pumping station. There were close
sightings to enjoy of Squocco Heron, Little Bittern and Black-winged
Stilt. Other species seen included Little Egret, Little Crake and
Garganey. A Bee-eater was reported. |

Ten people attended the field meeting with another two joining
for an expected lunch. Unfortunately the Taverna turned out to be a
Cafe, so lunch turned into toasted sandwiches!

We were returning to the UK next day so a sighting of Griffon
Vultures from our balcony was a great send off.
